Tasks, responsibilities:
Content (type) of work
• Ensure the immediate production of cars in the production facilities of a welding shop, paint shop or assembly
• Carry out production operations in your work area
• Perform first-level maintenance operations (minor maintenance work under your responsibility)
• Ensure the cleaning and tidying of your workplace and workplace
• Participate in continuous product and process improvement
Requirements:
Basic education. Lower secondary education. Secondary education.
No professional experience required
Additional requirements:
• Primary or secondary education (apprenticeship certificate, high school diploma), education in the field and practice in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Experience in the manufacturing process an advantage, technical knowledge in the field of automobiles is welcome
• Willingness and desire to work for change
• Reliability and flexibility, manual dexterity, ability to respond quickly and promptly to problems

• Basic salary € 850 + individual bonus on average € 100 max. up to 185 € + wage benefit for night work on average 87 € / month. + 13th salary + profit share, possibility of overtime with financial advantage
