Barman receives orders and prepares drinks, serves ordered soft and alcoholic drinks, operates the cash register and accounts for orders, washes and polishes used glasses, cleans bartending tools, arranges exposed bottles and glasses on shelves. Responsibility for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace. Material responsibility for stocks and funds.
