Tasks, responsibilities:
Scope (type) of work
- Records, accounting, control of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Compilation of documents for issuing outgoing invoices
- Settlement of cash documents
- Preparation and implementation of payments from the company"s accounts
- Registration of customs documents, direct import and export
- Elaboration of documents for the inventory of assets, inventories, receivables and liabilities of the company
- Preparation of documents for the control of accounting records
Requirements:
employee requirements
Complete secondary vocational education in the field of economics
Foreign languages:
German, English : B1 and B2
Prerequisite: Control of at least one of the selected languages
Computers: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word - advanced
Additional requirements:
