• Modification of steel molds for the production of rubber seals for cars.
• Operation of machines and equipment - grinding, TIG welding, milling, drilling and sandblasting of molds after gradual training.
• Preventive maintenance, surface repair and mold testing.
• Proper training process for each new employee.
